Returns Policy

At Arvello, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to request a return Email us at support@arvelloco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@arvelloco.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned once opened.
